The production of gin is a beautiful mix of art and science, and our Giniversity Blending Class is where we get to share this with other gin-thusiasts!
All Giniversity Graduates take home a 500ml bottle of their gin, to share with friends and family and reminisce about that time they were a distiller for a day – it’s ‘ginnovation’ at its finest!

The night will showcase the very best in seasonal produce and sustainably sourced Western Australian seafood and in-house dry-aged meat—expertly prepared over a wood fire to impart rich, layered flavours, and thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Limeburners’ finest expressions.
